Know EXACTLY where you are on the timeline.
PACE times the things you actually do — the morning scramble, the focus block, the goal with a deadline — and tells you, minute by minute, whether you're on track.

Sound familiar
Tasks take way longer than you think.
Whole evenings disappear.
Long-term goals quietly stall.
A calendar tells you when something starts. A to-do list tells you it exists. Neither one tells you that you're eleven minutes over on breakfast and the train leaves in twenty.
How it works
Two shapes of time, one app
Most of what runs late is either a sequence you repeat or a goal you're drifting away from. PACE handles both.
Routines
Get out the door on time
Give each step a time limit — shower, dressed, breakfast, pack up, leave. Start the run and PACE counts each task against its limit, speaks a cue when you're halfway, and warns you five minutes before you need to be moving.
Journeys
Finish what takes months
Break a goal into milestones with target dates. Log work sessions as you go, and PACE tells you whether the finish line is still within reach — or quietly slipping past it.
Needs Attention
The home screen tells you where to look
Up Next starts your next routine in one tap. Everything drifting gets surfaced and color-coded, so nothing rots at the bottom of a list.
Arrive targets
The drive is part of the routine
Tell PACE where you need to be and when. It routes the trip, folds predicted traffic into the estimate for the time you'll actually leave, and adds every leg to the routine as a real timed task — so the countdown you're watching already accounts for the road.
It works backwards from "arrive by"
Set 8:45 at the office. PACE adds up every task plus every leg and tells you the time to start — no arithmetic at 6am.
Stops along the way count
School drop-off, the coffee place, the gas station. Each stop gets its own leg in and its own time at the curb.
Drive, walk, or bike
Addresses you've used before are saved and aliased, so you pick "Home" instead of typing it again.
Start late and it re-plans
PACE proportionally trims tasks that can be trimmed (but never more than 50%) and leaves travel and parking untouched, because traffic doesn't negotiate. If it still doesn't fit, it says so before you're out the door.

Features
You shouldn't have to hold the phone to know
Live on the Lock Screen
A running routine posts a Live Activity with the current task and whether you're ahead or behind. Glance, don't unlock.
Control from your wrist
The Apple Watch app mirrors the run and lets you advance, pause, or stop it — hands busy, phone in a pocket.
Cues you can hear
A chime at each task change and a spoken word when it matters — over your podcast, then out of the way.
Insights that say something
Whether your runs are speeding up or slipping, which task always overruns, and how much time a goal has actually cost.
Picks up where it stopped
Interrupted mid-routine? PACE remembers the run and offers to resume — but never resurrects yesterday's abandoned one.
Your phone, then iCloud
Everything works offline. A backup in your own private iCloud brings it all to a new phone.

Privacy
The names you type never leave your device
No account, no sign-up, no third-party analytics. Here is every category of data PACE touches, and what happens to it.
Your content
Routines, journeys, sessions, and addresses you enter are stored on your device and synced through your private iCloud database, which we cannot read.
Location
If you tap the location button in the routine editor, your location is used once, on-device, to fill in an address. It's never transmitted to us.
Anonymous usage insights
PACE collects anonymous usage events describing the shapes of routines and journeys — an activity category, counts, durations, and outcomes (for example: "a school-run routine with 5 tasks finished 4 minutes over plan"). The names you type never leave your device; they're classified into a category on the device itself. Events carry a random installation identifier tied to nothing about you, and a calendar day rather than a precise time. This data is stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure (CloudKit); no third-party analytics services are used. You can turn this off any time with the "Share anonymous usage insights" toggle on the Insights tab.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.
Start with tomorrow morning.
Set up one routine tonight. Run it once and you'll know, for the first time, exactly where the time goes.
